The engineer Kurt Neubauer founded the factory MKN with only three employees in 1946. Now a strong, medium sized business MKN still belongs to the family today. It is situated in Northern German in Lower Saxony in a town called Wolfenbüttel. Here in an area of about 50,000m ², 400 skilled

specialists, including 42 motivated young apprentices, develop and produce first class professional cooking technology.
